• Franklin is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued in March 2019 for Failure to Appear on the charges of Trespass Posted Property
• And on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued for Violation of Probation in March 2019 on the charges of CDS Manufacture Distribute Narcotics

• The State will extradite him from DE and VA

• Gray hair, Brown eyes
• Sterling’s  last known address was Delmar MD
• Sterling is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on an Arrest Warrant issued in July on the charges of Harassment, Telephone Misuse Repeat calls, Electronic Communication harassment, and MDOP over $1000
• The State will extradite him from Delaware and Virginia
