One new workout that’s becoming increasingly popular is called “Barre.”
It combines dance, yoga, pilates and cardio all into one workout. A lot of people really like it – especially the ladies – so we had to send Sean to try it out.

She tells us that Barre is a workout that started out in New York and is slowly making its way into other cities. The bar is for balance and Lara says it is a nice tool to assist with the workout.
It’s mostly ladies in these classes, but men can join.
