We have had many talented groups of kids perform on the DelmarvaLife stage.
The Academy of Music Performance, also known as AMP, joins us in the studio to perform ‘Superstition’ by Stevie Wonder and ‘Use Somebody’ by Kings of Leon.
The AMP Studio gives kids between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to learn how to play musical instruments and coaches them on how to perform in front of a live audience. The students learn from professional musicians.
Students can take part in individual one-on-one classes, small group rehearsals, and full band practices. Students of all musical skill levels are welcome and will grow as they are challenged to reach new heights and expand their playing skills.
The group performs at area events and festivals and they have their own recording sessions. They have 90-minute weekly rehearsals which provides students with coaching on reading music, working as a team and building listening skills in order to be a better band member.
