Ingredients:
- #2 Grade Tuna
- 5 spice blend to encrust tuna
- Citrus Soy Glazed Soba Noodles
- Sauteed, Shitake Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Leeks, Bok Choy
- Finish with Coco Wasabi Glaze
Instructions:
- Coat tuna edges in 5 spice blend, pan sear tuna with olive oil salt and pepper to Medium Rare
- Saute the vegetables
- Deglaze pan with citrus soy sauce
- Finish by adding the soba noodles
- Plate the noodles and sauteed vegetables add the tuna on top with the coco wasabi glaze
