Preserving Peaches when the Season Ends

Peach season is almost over.

But there is a way you can preserve your peaches, so they last longer. Stacey Hofmann of the Delaware Department of Agriculture showed us how to freeze them.

1. 1. Cut skin off peaches and cut out pit.
   2. Cut into slivers.
   3. Line on tray.

1. Put in freezer.
2. Store in plastic bags in freezer.
