Chef Eric Nunamaker of The Washington Inn and Tavern joins us in the DelamrvaLife Kitchen to show us how to make Strawberry and Feta Salad with Sautéed Shrimp.
Salad:
Mixed Greens
Fresh Strawberries
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Candied Walnuts
Feta CheeseSautéed Shrimp
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 cup balsamic vinegar
½ small white onion
3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups vegetable oil
1. Combine all ingredient except the vegetable oil in a blender
2. Slowly pour oil into mixture
Makes around 1 quart
