- 12 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 T. Whole Grain Mustard
- Truffle Oil
- 6 Slices Crispy Cooked Bacon
- Paprika
Split eggs, reserve yolks in a bowl. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, truffle oil, salt and pepper. Fill egg whites. Crumble bacon and sprinkle paprika over top.
