The 6th Annual Ocean City Film Festival (OCFF) ran from March 3-6. On the last day, there was an award ceremony at Seacrets Nightclub. A total of 21 awards were made. Seven were handed out to filmmakers who attended the festival. The rest were awarded in absentia. Nineteen of the awards were called “Best of the Fest.” These were the awards decided by the OCFF jurors or the awards were decided based on the rankings of the jurors who watched them all on Film Freeway’s website. The final, two awards were called “People’s Choice” or “Audience Award.” These are the awards that are decided based on the online voting that film attendees could do based on scanning a QR code at the film venue.
