Preliminary data from the CDC suggests that 91 people in America die everyday from heroin or opioid use.
Just over the weekend, authorities in Delaware warned of a spike in overdoses in western Sussex County. EMS responded to seven reported overdoes in the Seaford and Laurel areas in a 24-hour period beginning Friday. Many people in the area are taking action to help save lives.
