Wicomico County’s K-9 Brune

K-9 Brune was purchased with your help Delmarva. Brune was named in memory of the late Deputy First Class John Brune of Willards, Md. John passes away last year after suffering from a cardiac arrest. K-9 Brune is a testament of what happens when a community rallies and comes together for the good. Now, you have a chance to do that again! The 2nd Annual John Brune Law Enforcement K-9 Foundation Fundraiser to help get another K-9 is on Saturday, April 30 at 6 pm at Sisters in Berlin, Md.

Milford Bug & Bud Festival

The 13th Annual Bug & Bud Festival is Saturday, April 23, 9 am – 4 pm in Historic Downtown Milford, Del. Executive Director of Downtown Milford, Inc. Lee Nelson stops by to tell us all about the festival.

46th Annual Ward World Championship in Ocean City, Md.

Executive Director of the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art Lora Bottenelli stops by the DelmarvaLife studio to tell us more about the festival. There will be artists from all over the world at this event to highlight wildfowl and carving. The festival is April 22-24, at Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Ocean City, Md. The hours are Friday, 10 am – 5 pm, Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm, and Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm.

Sean Learns All About Rugby with the Salisbury University Women’s Rugby Team

Sean visits Salisbury University and learns all about the sport of rugby with the Salisbury University’s Women’s Rugby Club. The team has an exciting weekend of games ahead as they travel to California. Support the women’s rugby club here.
