Randolph George is here to discuss his new book “Memoir of a Skipjack”. Randolph found the skipjack named “Martha Lewis” about 25 years ago and decided to restore the boat to its original condition. A skipjack of course is the name for the wooden sailing ships that were used for years on the Chesapeake Bay to dredge for oysters. Randolph also says that these boats are now only surviving today due to grants and wants the public to know the significance to the region that these ships have.

Studies have shown that 1 in 5 adults or about 42.5 million people have some sort of mental illness. With this being so common across the country why then is there still a stigma attached?
