Today on DelmarvaLife:
We learn about a production in which Lisa is a part of at Clear Space Theatre Company in Rehoboth Beach. It’s called “The Normal Heart.” It’s a “Readers Theater” which means actors don’t memorize lines, they read them. The production is a collaboration between Clear Space and AIDS Delaware. If you would like to attend a showing, they are Saturday, March 3 at 6 p.m., and Sunday, March 4 at 2 p.m.
We’ve all heard that living sedentary lifestyles are bad for our health, but, for a lot of people, it can be hard to stay active, especially at work. Tune in today to see DelmarvaLife’s Sydney Whitfield with Amy Sorg from the YMCA of the Chesapeake. They show us a few exercises to help get you moving, even when sitting behind a desk at work.

Author Sharon Larimore (seated in second row) with her family
We all want to leave a lasting impression on our children and grandchildren and today we have someone doing just that. Harrington author Sharon Larimore joins us on DelmarvaLife today to talk about her new book, Lessons From the Barnyard. She explains her reasons for writing this book, the meanings behind some of the stories, and how she and her husband have continued to keep the farm life close to their hearts. For more information about the book, email Sharon: threejfarm@gmail.com.
Across Delmarva, you can find music teachers who help children harness their creativity. When these music teachers are not on the clock, you may find them creating their own music. Kent Lee, a music teacher on the peninsula, joins us on the Mid South Audio stage today to play some of the music he has created, talk about his recent album: Fight, and let you know where you can see him performing in your area. Make sure you tune in to jam along with us!
102.5 WBOC’s Corey Phoebus has another Fess Up Friday for the books. Make sure to tune in to see how he’s making the people of Delmarva sweat. You don’t want to miss this!
